Entering sophomore year at University of Colorado as Applied Math major with an Economics minor. My GPA so far is about 3.8.
Experience
I tutored unofficially in high school in math, physics, and chemistry. I earned a 1990 on my SAT and my composite ACT score was 30. I also entered CU with a four on the US History AP test and fives on Calc BC, Statistics, and Chemistry AP exams. I have always enjoyed helping others academically, and I enjoyed my time tutoring in high school. As mentioned I took AP Calculus, AP Statistics, and AP Chemistry in high school and physics in high school and college (earning an A in both semesters both times). I have not been given a grade of worse than a B in any math or science class since freshman year of high school (this includes my one year in the CU College of Engineering).
