Jordan T.
Private tutor in Boulder, CO
Education
I am a Junior at the university of Colorado-Boulder, majoring in mechanical engineering. I have a 3.4 GPA at the college of engineering. I went to high school at Fairview also here in boulder. Before attending CU I spent a year at the Colorado Mesa University where I majored in sports management.
Experience
Experience: While I have no official tutoring experience I have, however, tutored my friends and classmates on subjects that we were learning at the time, as well as helped my brother and cousin in high school mathematics courses. Qualifications: I have done very well in every math and math based physics courses that I have taken. I have gotten either an A or B in calculus courses up to Differential equations. I became interested in teaching/tutoring math and physics after I took a physics class from Noah Finklestein (who is the director of STEM learning at CU) and I believe my current interest in math and physics stems from having a great teacher.

Hobbies
Hobbies: My main activity that I like to do when I have free time is to hike or run on the trails around boulder. I also like to work with wood or simple electronics. Interests: I have a big love for football, and baseball, I follow the broncos religiously, and I love almost all sports. I played football and wrestled in high school, but now I just play pickup basketball and lift. As I started getting more into engineering I also started loving "nerdy" things more as well. I am a big fan of DC comics where I read comics and watch most of the shows/movies.
