I'm originally from England, and have lived in Boulder for 3 years. I race pro cross country mountain biking during the summer, and spend the winter enjoying the best of the Colorado snow. I'm very active, and believe that exercise is the key to a healthy mind as well as body. I practice yoga regularly and enjoy reading and quiet contemplation. I think that in order to maximise learning, a focus on good quality sleep, exercise and food are top priorities.
