Corrinne M.
Private tutor in Boulder, CO
Education
I am currently a sophomore at the University of Colorado Boulder pursuing a degree in International Affairs. Before attending CU Boulder I studied Loyola University Chicago, where I was also pursuing a degree in International Affairs. Additionally it was my time in Chicago that sparked my interest in the Russian language and culture something that I have brought with me to Boulder.
Experience
I have tutored through the national honor society working with students in high school mainly in history, english, and spanish. Additionally, I have worked with students that require extra help including tutoring a classmate one on one in AP US history, as well as working as an after school teacher at a headstart in Chicago geared towards helping children of first generation immigrants keep up in school.

Hobbies
I enjoy hiking, baking, ceramics, traveling. In addition to traveling I am also thoroughly interested in the study of languages including Russian and Spanish which I have been studying for a year and eight years respectively. This summer I hope to have the opportunity to expand my repertoire of languages by studying Hindi in India, taking the chance to engage with the language and culture at the source.
