I spent two semesters at Front Range Community College Larimer campus tutoring Mathematics in their Math Help Center. Subjects covered ranged from foundations of mathematics, such as multiplication, division, and fractions, all the way up through multi-variable calculus (commonly called Calculus III). Additionally, I spent one semester tutoring algebra-based physics 1 at the same institution. I've completed college level Calculus I, II, and III, as well as Differential Equations. In all courses I received an A grade. Additionally, I have a 4.0 Transfer GPA from Front Range Community College and a 3.93 GPA here at CU Boulder. I also received an Academic Achievement Award in Mathematics from Front Range Community College. This award, which is nominated and chosen by faculty, is given to one student per year for excellence in mathematics. I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent tutoring at Front Range. I found a love for encouraging students to learn and fostering success. My tutoring style utilizes my passion for mathematics and my skillset to impart a genuine appreciation for mathematics onto my students. I look forward to continuing to do that through private tutoring.
