Education
Mark graduated for the University of California, Sacramento in 2006 with a Bachelors of Science in Molecular Biology and a minor in Chemistry. After working as a research assistant at the Scripss Research Institute he completed a MEd in Math, Science and Technology at the University of San Diego in 2009, and earned a teaching certificate in California in Biology and Chemistry.
Experience
After moving to Colorado Mark earned a teaching certificate in Secondary Science and began teaching high school biology, chemistry, and physics at Cherry Creek High School, then Peak to Peak High School. Eventually Mark, decided to go back into research. working for a muscle stem cell research lab as a research assistant at CU Boulder. He now dedicates himself full-time to tutoring high school and college students in the sciences.
