I'm an AP Scholar, having received an average score of 4 on my AP exams. I place an equal weight on subject matter and technique for taking the tests, both of which are crucial for getting good scores on the exams! I speak Spanish fluently and took Spanish courses for eight years. I have taken Spanish courses from the elementary to AP levels, and have done everything simple homework exercises, to writing research papers completely in Spanish, to taking composite exams in Spanish. I am very familiar with aspects of the language which may seem tricky at first, such as grammatical gender, sentence structure, verb conjugation, and regional variations of accents and grammar in Spanish. Besides the language, I have a great deal of interest in Hispanic culture and music. English, Grammar, and Rhetorical Analysis are also subjects which I am comfortable with. I received a 5 on the AP English Language and Composition exam, and a 33 out of 36 on the ACT English section. I also attended the Colorado State-Level Geography Bee in 2006, 2007, and 2009. I love learning about places in different parts of the world and foreign cultures as well. I love helping people understand material that they might be struggling with, and I would love to help you out!
