Hobbies

I enjoy working with college and adult students to help them be successful in their coursework. My focus in teaching has been writing and communication in any subject context. I have an extensive background working with literature and humanities as well as scientific and technical writing. Since writing is often a cross-curriculum skill at the university level, I enjoy helping students coordinate their work across their courses. When I'm not teaching, I am writing books, drinking mochas, and exploring the mountains with my husband.
