Collorado Mountain College 2009-2011 Associate in Arts Degree. Senior at the University of Colorado Boulder. Currently finishing up a Degree in Classics with a minor in History.
Experience
I maintained aprx. a 3.5 GPA through high school, graduated in three years at the age of 16. I have an Associate in Arts Degree from Colorado Mountain College. Any of the subjects I have listed are of great interest to me, I enjoyed them greatly when I was learning them. I am currently a Classics major at the University of Colorado Boulder. I plan to go into the field of teaching and eventually pursue a PHD in Scandinavian History to become a Professor. I have been a dance teacher for pre-school aged children through Adult levels for five years. Personally have a love for learning and believe that anyone can feel the same way. I understand that everyone learns differently and through different learning styles. As a tutor I would find the best teaching method for each individual student. I personally know what it is like to struggle in varrious subjects and was able to succeed in those areas because I sought out help and had a determination to succeed. I would like to help others succeed and find a love of learning. I have been tutoring Latin in the Boulder School District for 3 years now and I have had a great success rate with students. I can supply references if necessary.
